- SBsarah bidelmanNov 6, 20255.0Rosie, Adele, and Fred were incredibly helpful and kind! I stopped in to restock on some products and pick up a few new ones I’d been wanting to try. They were honest with their opinions and never made me feel pressured to buy anything, which I really appreciated. Honest feedback is so valuable when it comes to high end makeup. Rosie gave me her full attention and even checked the back stock to help me find specific items. Adele and Fred were patient and sweet during checkout at the end of my visit. There was also another associate with red hair who was very personable and sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💕

- KJK JJul 5, 20252.0I returned an item that was not used at all. The cashier asked me if it was used and I told her no. She proceed to open the item anyway to the point where she pulled the sealed part off that helps to keep the cream fresh. When I tried to tell her that I had not used it, her response was rude “well we still have to check it”. Well now you have item that you’ll put back on your floor that is now OPEN. Not sure of her name but she has long black hair with glasses. She was the ONLY rude one in the store. Please do better.

Got a rude response in return, not sure the workers name but she’s tall and has long dark hair. I understand if they’re packed but they weren’t. They also ignored me when one of them was free. Can you guys train them better in customer service? Thank you
