I called the location and spoke with Joanie. She was SUPER helpful. She told me the prices and the types available- EDT vs EDP and Intense. She even factored in the discount that Sephora was running at the time to price the bottles out for me. She was so nice and it was great speaking with someone that was so proactive. ❤️

And never have I ever experienced anyone as pleasant as Karr. From her greeting me with such joy, to her making me feel like she WANTED to help me. I’m an old lady now, and compliments are far and few between nowadays, but no one has made me feel prettier about looking like myself as she has. God truly has blessed me, by allowing me to meet her. I’m planning on coming in soon again, and I hope she’s there.

They were honest with their opinions and never made me feel pressured to buy anything, which I really appreciated. Honest feedback is so valuable when it comes to high end makeup. Rosie gave me her full attention and even checked the back stock to help me find specific items. Adele and Fred were patient and sweet during checkout at the end of my visit. There was also another associate with red hair who was very personable and sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💕
