She had weird energy, and I could tell she didn’t want to cut my hair from the moment I walked in. I told her right away that I wanted it straight across the back, but she made it slightly uneven in the front…one side was just a little longer than the other. I let it go because my hair was already cut to my shoulders, and I didn’t want it any shorter. To me, it’s fine. I usually cut my own hair anyway, so I just said thank you, and when I paid, I gave her a tip…maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. But I do know one thing: I won’t ever be coming back to this location, mainly because of the energy of the women who work here. It’s uncomfortable. I’m actually writing this now, even though the haircut was back in September, because my hair grows super fast. I was thinking about how I need my hat cut again already, and it reminded me of that visit…so I wanted to leave this review for the sake of others. I don’t mind cutting my own hair, but sometimes I just want help. Next time, I’ll definitely go somewhere else.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
