Asked for one kid’s swoops/side swept bangs to be trimmed and for blunter fringe to be cut. The stylist trimmed one small chunk of the side swept bangs and left everything else be. Didn’t dry her hair and left clumps of cut hair all over all three of my kids. We had to visit my partner’s barber the next day to get everyone’s haircuts fixed and cleaned up. They had to raise my daughter’s undercut by 1/4 inch to even it out and cut her bangs even shorter. One stylist who had one of my kids did clean up a growing out asymmetrical cut pretty well and two of the stylists were friendly and engaging. However, we won’t be back.

Now everywhere i go for the next 3 weeks everyone is gonna call me stupid and make fun of me. seriously greatclips, how do you mess this up?
