She seemed uninterested in helping and was sitting on her phone most of the time instead of assisting customers. She wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products I asked about, and the customer service felt rushed and unfriendly. It was frustrating to feel ignored when I needed help. I expected more attentive and professional service.
