  Ask for Nicole! She does amazing highlights and takes her time to get everything just right. Really did well with getting the color on point, and making sure I was satisfied with how it turned out. Really great at what she does, definitely knows her stuff well!

  I came in with my head full of brown box dye that turned orange/red and alot of dead hair, I wanted to go blonde and got my hair done by a man named Nino, it was his first day at jcp, but he had done hair before. He cut my hair exactly how i wanted and got the exact shade and tone i wanted. He even taught me how to care for my hair. I will one hundred percent be back with him in a few months when i need a touch up and highly recommend you see him. If anyone has his instagram please send me his user name.

  I had to use my husband's phone to make this review. I went in for a haircut, my hair was pretty long. Down to my back. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted, explained that with having 2 babies I needed it shorter and was terrified to actually do it. I really should have been. The lady who cut my hair butchered it, it's much shorter than I asked for and the back underneath she cut superrrrr short and now it looks like a boys haircut. I just want to cry, I know it's hair and it grows back but it's going to grow so weirdly, and I can't even put it up to hide it because of what she did underneath. Pictures of length before it was cut, what I wanted and what it is now.
