- LLLokesh4 days ago1.0I came in today to get a haircut. Unfortunately Vivian was my hairstylist. Today is the day I realized that even after several years of experience, someone can absolutely suck at what they do. While she was clipping hair around my ears, I had a feeling inside me that something bad was gonna happen because the clipper kept coming in contact with my ears way too often. This is when I realized that it was because she didn't hold my ears down, but it was too late and she had already clipped my ear, and it started bleeding instantly. How can a professional hairstylist screw up this bad at something so basic? This is not rocket science, even I know that you're supposed to hold the ear down, and I'm not even a hairstylist because literally every other professional who's cut my hair did this. All it honestly even takes is just common sense. Even after clipping my ear, she didn't even have the basic sense to clean the area and immediately apply Neosporin to prevent an infection. It's called first aid. She instead, just apologized and stuffed a piece of paper that they use as a neck collar on my ear and continued clipping my hair like nothing had happened. I came back home and had to endure a painful shower before finally applying Neosporin on the wound. Please stay away from Vivian if you care about your safety, especially if you have kids. I've had my hair cut by all the other hairstylists at this salon, and they're are amazing. Avoid Vivian at all costs. Can't believe she still had the nerve to charge me for this haircut. Terrible experience.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
