Our hairstylist did not speak to my daughter at all during the appointment, which was especially discouraging given that this was her first haircut and an important milestone for us. While the haircut itself was fine—just a simple trim and some face framing—the lack of warmth and interaction made the experience feel uncomfortable and rushed. No one introduced themselves or engaged in any conversation, which left us feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. I left feeling really bummed, mostly because what should have been a sweet and memorable moment for my daughter ended up feeling disappointing.
