She didn’t tell me until she was blow drying my hair which she hadn’t even finished/done properly. She did the other girl first which from the looks of it would probably have taken an hour, she told me to wait and when she was done she would finish my hair. I was on a tight schedule and my hair takes about an hour and a half due to its thickness. I ended up just canceling my appointment and leaving.
