- MMmichael mcweeJan 22, 20265.0I always get a good haircut as long as I get the same stylist there is 2 stylists that really know how I want my haircut Darnell and Megan when I came in one time I got somebody different and told them how I wanted it cut and it was on the paper they bring to their station but decided to cut it a little differently I really didn’t know how it looked until I came home and put product in my hair so I didn’t appreciate it that they cut my hair differently then I wanted

My son came in with long beautiful hair and they ruined it. The first picture is what I had asked for, and they had more then enough hair to work with and the second picture is what they did, and because there was no fixing it, they had to go even short, and they messed that up as well. They told me to come back, but they didn’t even leave enough hair on his head to fix.

So if U use multiple locations during the year I (the customer) will have to manage multiple rewards based on location. This may very well create an issue I do not choose to manage. No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
