Instead of being helpful, she came off rude and controlling, which completely took away from what should be a fun and positive shopping experience. this sephora usually has good customer service idk what’s up w these new hires, but this interaction made me feel unwelcome and rushed. I really hope management addresses this, because one negative attitude can ruin the entire store’s vibe
