- HRH “H” RassJan 17, 20261.0I went to the Bloomfield store on Thursday Jan 15, one worker was there , she did terrible job despite pointing out to her what seems to be unequal, my family noticed how bad the cut was , I called the next day and spoke to the manager, I suggested to go back to have my haircut corrected, went there on Saturday, had to wait half an hour, cold attitude from the only 2 employees there, the one who sat me did not see what I was talking about first the she said “ I see what you mean” she put the the piece of white tissue outside the apron on my neck ( it is supposed to be put on the skin first the tie the black apron on top of it) , finally she corrected the mess I will never go back there again
- SCSHYLA COLEMANJan 11, 20261.0I went into Great Clips Bloomfield Hills, Mi location on yesterday 01/10/25 for a simple pixie cut (point cut). 1 1/2 inches on the sides & the back w/ a natural neck hair line. And 3 inches on top. I don’t know what DEBBIE did but she BUTCHERED my freaking hair. It is uneven all the way around (patchy) And she clearly does not know how to use the comb to measure hair length. I specifically told her what I wanted & she did the complete opposite!!!! I asked to keep my side burns & she cut them beyond off!!!! I asked for a natural hair line @ the nape of my neck & she gave be a straight line square hair line. I kept asking her what she was doing cause I felt like she was cutting my hair so wrong!! She stated everybody has a way of cutting hair. I tried to trust the process because this is her profession but unfortunately she needs to find something else to do. She is horrible & doesn’t follow instructions. My head is a complete mess & I don’t know how it can be fixed without getting all my hair cut off & starting over. I would NOT recommend ANYBODY getting their cut by DEBBIE. Worst Great Clips experience ever!!!

I tend to be a bit nervous for hair appointments because of 1 bad experience a long time ago, but they really make you feel comfortable, they don't rush, ask good questions, I like it.
