  Highly recommend Fifi she was wonderful and definitely knew how to take all the knots out of my body, she also provided wonderful feedback on her observations of what my body was going through! Highly recommend her

  I had a great experience here! You walk in and feel immediately relaxed by the aesthetic of the space. The owner greeted me and was really kind, helpful, and had wonderful customer service etiquette! I am pregnant and was in major need of a relaxing massage. Melissa was my massage therapist and she did such an exceptional job I even fell asleep! I signed up for the membership because how could you pass up that deal! I really look forward to my next massage :)

  First time customer. Mariah was awesome. I’m 47 and have lifted weights for over 20 years. I’m always tight and nursing some sort of muscle soreness. Mariah zero’d in and loosened me up. I was in pain before my time with Mariah, I feel so much better…can’t wait to go back!

  I've been to this location several times and had great experiences with Jessica and Dave. They were professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a skilled and respectful massage therapist, I highly recommend booking with one of them!

  My wife and I got a couples massage yesterday. When we walked in we were surprised to find out that the price that they quoted..$165.00 for the couples massage was in fact $165 per person! Ok no huge deal but when we explained that's what were told over the phone, the lady says "that wasn't me... and we didn't say that!!" in a very defensive rude outburst. Ok still no huge deal as she was young and obviously doesn't really understand the customer service position she was in. we were then taken back where my therapist asked me what type of pressure I would like to which I said firm medium hard.. she says " well I can only go to a 6 in pressure or you will have to pay extra for that" I said ok well that hardest you can do in my "price point" $165.00 . We went to the room where she said get ready and get under the sheets. She started the massage.. ordered me to move my arms.. in the sheets... out of the sheets... behind my back .. and so on. I have been to more than 200 massages all over the world and not ONE time has a therapist ordered me to move my arms into different positions! they gently move your arms legs etc... like a real professional! This lady was NOT professional she literally spent 45 minuted in 2 spots on my back legs for a few minutes arms a few min and then finished gently circling my jaw with her fingers (very weird and lazy... wasting time.... for an 80 minute massage she spent 85 % poking at my shoulder blades that today are very sore! This was NOT a full body massage and was a poor excuse for a massage at all! My wife on the other had had a nice massage. when were paying the OWNER came out and asked me how it was for me...I said ok don't worry about it...He then asked me 3 more times to which I finally said.." This was in my history of massages the poorest excuse for a massage I have EVER had". he looked directly at me and said "well I'm sorry but massages are subjective and the last person who was massaged by her loved it!" I said SO WHY DID YOU EVEN ASK ME! if its subjective! he was a deer in headlights with nothing to say after that! He was not helpful.. he didn't offer anything to remedy the situation .. just said "Sorry you didn't like it". All this being said.... in my opinion this place is WAY over priced for what you get and the customer service is terrible! The owner could have cared less about my massage and treated me as if I was not even worth his time. I'll NEVER go back. If you want to have a HIGH end place you should back it up with HIGH end product and service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
