I haven't had customer service like this in a while and you just don't see it nowadays so this place was a breath of fresh air. I only had cash on me and was card only. Knowing that I won't be back in time she made up a bag and a card for me so I could give it to my daughter Xmas morning. Again I'm sorry I forgot the name and will definitely correct it when I take my daughter up there. Thanks for understanding and being what customer service is supposed to be. I understand that reviews nowadays are like gold for businesses and I just had to acknowledge that and the experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! Id give it 100 stars if I could!!!!!!!!!!!!.

We booked an appointment, picked out earrings, and started the prep. Our daughter decided she was too afraid to go through with it. I appreciate all of their time, patience, and dedication. Ultimately our daughter decided not to go through with it but she didn't leave traumatized. 20/10 would recommend.
