The salon was not willing to accommodate a reschedule and charged me a $50 cancellation fee though I notified them more than 24 hours in advance. I was willing to get the service done another day as well to waive the cancellation fee, and they were not flexible for alternative options. Other beauty salons in the Birmingham area were willing to work with me and even ask their artists to accommodate a morning appointment. Really poor customer service.
