Today tried to go in at 3pm. We were greeted and told there would be a 25 minute wait. No one was waiting in person but there was one ahead of us. We were also encouraged to schedule online. I don’t mind waiting but it’s a Monday after 3pm with only one stylist on the floor? Currently watching my husband get his hair cut up the road at Sports Clips. Twice was enough for us!
