Jenny took her after she got out of the back and skipped me. Making me wait longer, i normally don't complain but this is not the first time jenny has done this. Just because someone walks in and requests you, shouldn't mean you skip someone who's been waiting. For this experience alone explains my rating. Every other stylist I have had there has been phenomenal.

Check in system is very flawed also only two on staff on a Saturday? Now past an hour and still not even sat down yet. Stylists need to learn to cut more and talk less

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
