The dog in question was my service dog who has been there several times before. I don’t care that he doesn’t like dogs. My problem with the service I was not given was that he saw me walk in with the dog. Why would he wait 1 hour and forty-five minutes letting me sit there before telling me he didn’t like dogs!?!?! Why would he think it was a good idea to waste my time like that? I am on oxygen and my time can be very limited depending how long I’ve been using a tank. He saw my service animal when I walked through the door. To add insult to injury he tried to make up several fabrications as to why dogs weren’t allowed in there. I been a customer there longer than he’s been working there so I knew there was no truth to the stories he tried to tell me. Finally he just told me he didn’t like dogs. He needs more training on proper customer service. He should have spoken up sooner. Two hours of my life I’ll never get back
