- MMMuba Mumin2 days ago1.0I have never experienced such disrespect from a Great Clips salon. The staff member showed a complete lack of customer service skills and was unprofessional throughout the visit. Being rude to both me and my child over something as simple as a haircut is unacceptable. I expect a basic level of courtesy and respect, especially in a family-oriented business. This experience was disappointing and not reflective of the service I would expect. I hope this is addressed so other customers do not have to go through the same situation. Made me pay for a hair cut I didn’t even get.
- SCShanjana Chowdhury2 days ago1.0The worst experience ever. I took my toddler here, and the way one of the staff members (short blonde hair) behaved was completely unacceptable. I suggested trimming my toddler’s hair slightly in the front, and she became visibly agitated. She then removed my toddler from the chair abruptly, which scared her and caused her to cry. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff member raised her voice at me and made inappropriate comments about my parenting. This was incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children. I truly hope management addresses this issue and improves their customer service, as no parent or child should have to go through an experience like this.

I asked for my side bang to be thicker and she cut the side of my hair to make it chunky. When I voiced my concern she proceeded to get an attitude with me and didn’t end up cutting the bang as short as I asked. I told her I wanted it thinned out, and then had to remind her to thin it out. She didn’t make my part even when she cut my side bang so she missed a piece. As you can see I don’t leave reviews, and had she not gotten rude with me I wouldn’t have left this one. It’s my hair, I should be allowed to voice concern when something isn’t going right. Update: I could not be less happy with my hair. I could have done a better job following a YouTube video.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
