- JVJunior vargas4 days ago5.0Today was my first time ever n the greats clips and was shocked how they did my hair first time and they got it right but the other greats clips in st joseph never got it and I always showed them a picture but this stylist got it right I am definitely coming again
- KWKat WiltroutMar 17, 20261.0I went in to get a hair cut and wanted three inches off. Im trying to cut the color out so I dont have to bleach it and ruin my hair. I felt as if the stylist didnt want to cut my hair because of my skin condition that I have on top of my having it in my scalp. The stylist rushed the cutting and now my hair is uneven in a lot of places. Im not happy about my hair and I have to go to a wedding in a couple of days and have to spend more money to get my hair fixed after the stylist messed up my hair. I've never had this issue and ive been going to great clips since I was a child. I will not being going back and I do not recommend this place what so ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im sorry but if you are a hair stylist and your afraid to touch someones hair because of their skin condition your in the WRONG profession.

- AAABC123Feb 18, 20261.0Worst haircut of my life. Extremely rude staff. Do not go here. You'll have to go somewhere else to have your hair fixed, and the staff will treat you terribly. They don't know basic skills at Great Clips in Benton Harbor, like trimming hair. All of my hair is uneven. It literally makes me want to cry how awful I look now. It's like a 5 year cut my hair with their eyes closed. They asked if I liked it, and I said yes because I didn't want her touching my hair again. They must hire anyone off the street with no license. They are getting paid to ruin people's lives. Makes me want to throw up. Sickening!!!
