- AAABC123Feb 18, 20261.0Worst haircut of my life. Extremely rude staff. Do not go here. You'll have to go somewhere else to have your hair fixed, and the staff will treat you terribly. They don't know basic skills at Great Clips in Benton Harbor, like trimming hair. All of my hair is uneven. It literally makes me want to cry how awful I look now. It's like a 5 year cut my hair with their eyes closed. They asked if I liked it, and I said yes because I didn't want her touching my hair again. They must hire anyone off the street with no license. They are getting paid to ruin people's lives. Makes me want to throw up. Sickening!!!
