Stella, was the name of the lady I got for my cut. She is PHENOMENAL!!!!! I couldn't decide, on a regular bob, or layered. Got the regular bob. She listened real well, and my cut was, PERFECTION!!!!!! VERY NICE, listened to my stories and such, which I am not the most exciting person, but very comfortable with her. Highly recommend her!!! Very HAPPY customer!!!!

I asked for half the length of my hair to be cut off from the top and the sides to be trimmed with a half or no guard with a fade, what I got was a shave or 2 on the sides, the back got more hair cut off than the top did, and the top wasn't really touch much, it was a snip here and a snip there and I was out. I'm not trying to cause any problems and the lady who cut my hair was excellent with customer service, but I didn't really get much of a haircut I wanted. I was a little disappointed my 2nd time there.
