I came to buy my mother's favorite perfume, Clinique Happy Heart, to wear for tomorrow's event. Your selfish, rude, lazy associate at The Cosmetics Company Store ruined something very important for me. I visited the store at 8:50 pm. No other store was closed. The associate literally slammed the door in my face and told me she could not let me in. There were at least 10 customers still in the store. Some were shopping and some were in line. As I made my way to Guest Services to file a complaint, I passed more than 20 stores. Not one of them had the gate even partially closed. The official mall policy is to close no door before 9:00 pm.
