  Nurse Terrah was so kind and patient with our nervous but excited customer. Terrah made her feel very comfortable and listened to all of her questions and concerns. The piercing was quick and easy! She loves them! Thank you, Rowan and Terrah!

  Alexis was INCREDIBLE! She was so kind, put everyone's minds at ease, explained everything throughly, and did an amazing job! My daughter got a second lobe piercing and my other daughter and I got conch piercings. It was such a seamless process! Thanks. Alexis! You made our day! 🩷🩷🩷

  The staff were very patient and helpful, and they walked me through the process thoroughly. The outcome is good so far. However, I felt the wording on the website was a bit misleading. It says the piercers are “licensed,” which I assumed meant APP-certified, but it actually refers to licensed nurses. I think this should be stated more clearly, especially given the higher service fee compared to many other piercing studios.

  Rowan is the only place anyone should consider to get ear piercings. It is 100% professionally operated. They use the same techniques used in a healthcare facility- pre procedure prep, education, support care throughout the procedure and aftercare education. They even do consults for people who may need advice or assistance. The staff is very professional and compassionate. The atmosphere is friendly, fun yet professional. When you consider that a piercing is “permanent “, you really need to seek professionals who have the best expertise and knowledge to do it properly. You won’t be sorry!!

  The staff at Rowan Ann Arbor are wonderful, but I had bought a pair of flatback studs a few years ago that subsequently fell out. I bought another pair of flatback studs and had them placed by Rowan at the end of last year and within 2 weeks, one had fallen out. They were kind enough to replace that earring, but again within weeks, an earring had fallen out. I had them placed by the nurses at the site so that this would not occur, but it happened now a total of three times. I would be careful with buying flatback studs from here given they do not seem to stay in. Really disappointed, as the pair of earrings was $200.
