  My boyfriend and I are long time customers!! I tried a bath melt recently and was looking for more products in that line, and Claire was so sweet and helpful!!! She noticed we were looking and approached us with amazing advice! She really knew her way around the store, and was very informative! She had so many amazing recommendations and I can’t wait to try them all! She picked the perfect samples for us to try and I can’t wait to come back and buy the full sized product! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and it was clear they all love their jobs. I can’t wait to come back and get more recommendations from Claire!

  I went into Lush after work to buy another Goddess bath bomb since the one I had bought the week before left my skin smelling so good and feeling so soft. Highly recommend that scent + it’s a lavender color…who doesn’t love purple?!? Alexis the MIT and her boss the Shelby are awesome!!! They both deserve raises as they make that location tons of money every day. They’re the reason I keep coming back. Them and the rest of the excellent staff at Lush in the Briarwood Mall. Thank you ladies!!! Sorry it took me so long to leave y’all this review. 15/10 🤘🏻🤘🏻

  Wow I loved the 2 lotions and soaps I got, I will forever be buying this stuff it's great, my sales girl on 2/18/26 at 1015am was awesome, she recommended what would be good for my dry skin she went above and beyond, she is a great employee!! Thank you for my great experience, I will visit the store she told me about at 12 Oaks very soon too

  Lush is just fun. Great place to get a gift for someone or for yourself. This facial cleansing balm is everything during the dry winter season.
