  From my experience they don't seem to have many people to do ethnic hair textures. I went to get my hair washed and straightened and the lady decided to not wash/treat my hair but instead straighten dry hair. my hair has never been the same. I had so much heat damage. I had to cut my hair.

  The beauticians do not listen to what customers want. They cut hair much shorter than necessary, insist on making people have a wash and blow dry, and act like patrons don't have any sense of style. Also, if you show them a picture of what you want ...you'll be very disappointed with the results. Found out they do not honor their own coupons but do take walkins. I am not the only one that has given them a try recently and ended up very disappointed with hair results. I got a better cut at a much cheaper price somewhere else. This time all I wanted is to have is my hair a little layered, especially in the back. This did not happen. They chopped my hair off which took months to grow. Also, front desk staff act like they do not see you standing there (tunnel vision). I was and am very disappointed.
