This was probably the worst experience and haircut I've ever received. If this was my first time to Great clips it would be my last. I was the first customer of the day. The stylist didn't know how to use register to check me in even though I already checked in online. She was a nervous wreck. I sat in the chair. Told her what I normally get and in 6 minutes later she was done and I was out the door. I may have to pay for another haircut to have this fixed. Very disappointed. Would not return here.

Said they have a policy that they only fix haircuts that are owned by the same owner. The other store is a half hour away that I went to on a whim. Had a chance to do the right thing and simply touch up my haircut, but would not.
