- CMCarolina MarieFeb 20, 20261.0This is beyond unbelievable and unacceptable. They charge my best friend $80 for a blowout. The hair was still wet, curly and puffy. The guy was like “it looks good” what do you mean this looks good? And for $80 for something that was garbage. I have went hundreds and hundreds of times to millennium hair salon, cool blue hair salon and seven the hair salon with professional hair stylist that know what a blow out is and knows how to do it. WE NEVER EVER paid $80 that max was 40-50 depends but $80 for garbage work? On top of that they didn’t even refund her money and told her that she still needs to pay it.

- FPFrancisco PJan 4, 20261.0I’m specifically giving one star to Wyatt. She/he does the worst cuts of them all! I will absolutely never get my hair done by Wyatt, EVER! Haircut was done December 2025- All I asked for a trim (my hair was down to my waist) she tried a “new” style of cutting my hair, she hadn’t tried it on anyone else. She halfed my hair to the front and cut it. Cool, right? No! She showed me the back and it was a super crooked V hair cut! I told her to just cut it to where the bottom of my hair was all even. My hair is now short!! I was noticeably upset but said nothing. When checking out, she had the nerve to ask me “did you mean to not tip on payment pad.” I handed her $5 in cash! Wyatt needs to understand, tips are not mandatory and are given based on experience and treatment. Beginning of January 2026 I took my son the get a hair cut. We had already waited an hour (check in online said 30 minute wait) Wyatt was the one to cute my sons hair. So I wouldn’t have to wait, I let Wyatt do it. Absolutely regret it! I’m starting to think if she/he’s purposely messing people up and getting away with it because no one Is saying anything or what. I went to check out, I was waiting for my receipt and Wyatt started at me and walked away. In the photos you can see patches and uneven lines. And different cute in the left and right side of the head.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
