- FPFrancisco PJan 4, 20261.0I’m specifically giving one star to Wyatt. She/he does the worst cuts of them all! I will absolutely never get my hair done by Wyatt, EVER! Haircut was done December 2025- All I asked for a trim (my hair was down to my waist) she tried a “new” style of cutting my hair, she hadn’t tried it on anyone else. She halfed my hair to the front and cut it. Cool, right? No! She showed me the back and it was a super crooked V hair cut! I told her to just cut it to where the bottom of my hair was all even. My hair is now short!! I was noticeably upset but said nothing. When checking out, she had the nerve to ask me “did you mean to not tip on payment pad.” I handed her $5 in cash! Wyatt needs to understand, tips are not mandatory and are given based on experience and treatment. Beginning of January 2026 I took my son the get a hair cut. We had already waited an hour (check in online said 30 minute wait) Wyatt was the one to cute my sons hair. So I wouldn’t have to wait, I let Wyatt do it. Absolutely regret it! I’m starting to think if she/he’s purposely messing people up and getting away with it because no one Is saying anything or what. I went to check out, I was waiting for my receipt and Wyatt started at me and walked away. In the photos you can see patches and uneven lines. And different cute in the left and right side of the head.

We also take our kids here and they are good at listening so we can get the exact cut we like. We definitely recommend them.

I checked in on-line and waited about 20 minutes before my name was called up by the man working there who then went to briefly speak with one of his co-workers named Wyatt, he then told me someone would be with me shortly and I had to sit back down and wait a little longer. After another 10 minutes, I was finally called by Wyatt. (Why on earth would you hire a male hair stylist if he can't be bothered cutting women's hair? You should have male hairstylists who can cut both men's AND women's hair) I showed Wyatt a picture of the haircut I wanted, but I was immediately told it “Wouldn’t work” on me just because I wanted my hair a little longer than in the picture. Wyatt was very dismissive and didn’t bother offering any suggestions or alternatives. When finished cutting my hair, Wyatt didn’t even bother blow drying or styling my hair, and I had to be the one to ask for a mirror to see the back of my hair. I left feeling very hurt and disrespected and very unhappy with both the service and the attitude of the staff. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this Great Clips, and I hope management takes action, so other customers don’t have to go through the same thing.

I usually go to Canton location or Warren but this will be my favorite location.
