- SSstephanieNov 8, 20251.0I usually like Great Clips, but I had a disappointing experience. I checked in on-line and waited about 20 minutes before my name was called up by the man working there who then went to briefly speak with one of his co-workers named Wyatt, he then told me someone would be with me shortly and I had to sit back down and wait a little longer. After another 10 minutes, I was finally called by Wyatt. (Why on earth would you hire a male hair stylist if he can't be bothered cutting women's hair? You should have male hairstylists who can cut both men's AND women's hair) I showed Wyatt a picture of the haircut I wanted, but I was immediately told it “Wouldn’t work” on me just because I wanted my hair a little longer than in the picture. Wyatt was very dismissive and didn’t bother offering any suggestions or alternatives. When finished cutting my hair, Wyatt didn’t even bother blow drying or styling my hair, and I had to be the one to ask for a mirror to see the back of my hair. I left feeling very hurt and disrespected and very unhappy with both the service and the attitude of the staff. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this Great Clips, and I hope management takes action, so other customers don’t have to go through the same thing.

I usually go to Canton location or Warren but this will be my favorite location.

I made the biggest mistake of allowing him to get his hair cut here. Especially days before school starts. I’m sure the workers are nice so the one star can account for that however the actual service for a hair cut is TRASH! If you CANNOT DO A CUT THAT IS ASKED DO NOT AGREE TO DO IT! IF YOU REALIZE MID CUT YOU ARENT DOING WHAT WAS ASKED SIMPLY STOP! I rather it be longer & not what was asked then cutting more then the picture or what was asked of you!!!!!!! I cannot believe it was even thought to be okay to cut a teenage boys hair how it is!! MIRCO BANGS?? FEATHERY MIRCO BANGS FOR A 13 YEAR OLD! Even the back is uneven thicker on one side & the length is uneven! The length should have been to the back of his neck he has almost no hair left. THE CUT ISNT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURE! I understand cuts don’t always turn out as the picture I understand that completely! The length his hair was to start gave plenty of hair to do what was shown. He would have been even happy if it was a little close to the picture A shaggy cut with the front of his hair to his eyebrows not to almost his hair line!!! GIVING A 13 YEAR OLD BOY A HAIR CUT YOU GIVE A 50 YEAR OLD LESBIAN IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! The back of his head is shown just to get an idea of how ridiculous it is that it looks nothing even close to what was asked! This is after I brush it all down to see the unevenness Hard to tell because I did get it wet a little so it looks longer than it is on the right side.
