- SSSarahtoday5.0This Sephora location is amazing! Friendly knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help. I’ve been coming here for years and am always willing to travel for the stand alone Sephora. Kohls Sephoras don’t compare at all and I think they actually are bringing Sephora down. They are so kohls focused that Sephora gets pushed to the side. This stand alone Sephora has everything you could want and need with a great product selection, knowledgeable friendly staff, and their willingness to help and assist at all times. This store is always clean and stocked. I wish I could remember his name because he helps me almost every time I go in. But the orange haired guy (who might be a lead or manager it seems like) is amazing! He makes connections with his clients and makes a point to remember regulars yet always treats everyone around with kindness and amazing help. Definitely would recommend him and this location to everyone.
- MGMaine GirlFeb 5, 20261.0I was looking at the makeup brush right next to the counter and opened an unsealed box to look at the brush making sure it had the correct brush in it, the he/she behind the counter said don’t open products. The brush was inside unopened plastic inside the box that was not sealed. I explained I was not opening the package as it was sealed. After the way she looked at me and spoke down to me, I walked out and will take ALL future business to Ulta. I was splitting business between the two stores. But not after that & if I can’t look to confirm what I am buying, not going to purchase.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I’m a Sephora credit card holder. Instead of being made to feel valued, this experience made me want to cancel my card and take my business to ULTA instead. If loyal customers aren’t worth the effort, that says a lot about how this store is being run. Poor management, disengaged staff, and zero willingness to help. I won’t be returning to this location.
