  Rex did an amazing job! My hair was damaged from me bleaching it at home and Rex did an oliplex treatment that helped recover my curl pattern a ton! He also helped me compromise for the color I wanted to dye my hair because my tips were too blue to achieve the pink I wanted and he worked with me to get the pink roots and purple on the tips so I would still be happy with my hair! Ive never had a better stylist than Rex or one that cares so much about their clients happiness when leaving the chair. Highly reccomend asking for him if you need an alternative cut or vivid colors, or just in general!

  I made an appointment for my mother and mind you we live far out of town like 53 mins away that’s far from Portland and South Portland I went to the mall and stopped by JCPenney salon to book an appointment and I throughly explained what my mother wanted and booked the appointment. The day of the appointment we go in and the front desk lady with kinda short light hair told us that she can only do the color and cut and the third service that was requested cannot be done because the other hairstylist did not know that her previous client before my mom had lot of hair I went on to explain it’s not our fault she tried to justify it and tell me it’s not their fault either how is it not your fault you guys should know what your working with and book appointments according so we just left wasted time and gas very disappointing and customer service sucked I wouldn’t even rate this one star I highly do not recommend this hair salon at all.

  Made appointments for myself,& a family member online ,& received a confirm. When we went however ,it was not in the system, we couldn't have our appointm 7th hi lol outmmaop9oo87m
