She didn't wet the bangs at all and then cut them in a weird rainbow shape and WAY above her eyebrows. She looks completely ridiculous for her picture day and is devastated.
- HSHarrona SayedJan 3, 20231.0I made an appointment for my mother and mind you we live far out of town like 53 mins away that’s far from Portland and South Portland I went to the mall and stopped by JCPenney salon to book an appointment and I throughly explained what my mother wanted and booked the appointment. The day of the appointment we go in and the front desk lady with kinda short light hair told us that she can only do the color and cut and the third service that was requested cannot be done because the other hairstylist did not know that her previous client before my mom had lot of hair I went on to explain it’s not our fault she tried to justify it and tell me it’s not their fault either how is it not your fault you guys should know what your working with and book appointments according so we just left wasted time and gas very disappointing and customer service sucked I wouldn’t even rate this one star I highly do not recommend this hair salon at all.
