  I scheduled an appointment here for a cut and color. I was told when I was scheduling that the cost would be around $170, which was completely reasonable for me. It wasn't until the foils and bleach were already in my hair that the stylist told me the appointment would actually cost over $200, and that she had known that from the moment I made the appointment. Again, I'm fine with paying whatever cost is needed, but the whole thing seemed very misleading. My roots are completely untouched and the stylist complained about my box dye and the brand of shampoo I used the entire time. This made me feel almost humiliated, because as much as I would love to upgrade to fancy shampoos and constant stylist treatment, its just something I can't afford right now. The stylist also insulted the way that my hair had been cut before and laughed at how "horrible" my bangs were. It's only been a week and the color is rapidly fading from my hair, which has never happened before when I've received the same treatment from different salons. The stylist never communicated the process of what they were doing to my hair until they had already begun doing it, at which point it was too late to say anything. I was charged for length and styling that I never requested, but was almost forced on me. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but with an almost $40 dollar charge for a cut that turns out crooked and I think $10-15 for a style, I'd like to be asked if I want it first. The cost racks up quickly, and they fail to communicate all of it until you reach the register with a mediocre product not halfway worth what you pay for. Your hair will turn out just as good, if not better, from a cheap trim/box dye.

  My daughter got her eyebrows waxed and the lady waxed them way too thin. Her 18th birthday is tomorrow and she's very upset. Thank God for brow pencil.

  I've been coming here for years for haircuts. The stylists are all very professional and do a fantastic job. Their prices are also reasonable. I greatly appreciate their weekend hours.

  Julie did an amazing job on my haircut and also recommended olaplex. When I went back to get the olaplex treatment I was amazed at how healthy and shiny my hair look. Thank you so much, Julie!
