I was there for SIX HOURS…finally left covered in hair dye, most of my “highlights” bleached out and undyed, a supposed reverse bob that was literally the same length all the way around (it looks TERRIBLE), and bleached out roots that didn’t come near my scalp as if they had been growing out for months. I had to request that both mine and my daughter’s hair were evened out. It would have been clear to anybody who looked that the cuts were beyond uneven. This salon has gone completely downhill. Ruined a day out with my daughter.
