    I just had the easiest most pleasant merch return in recent memory. Donna, along with everyone else, has a great helpful attitude, cheerful, and professional. My return/exchange was executed with ease and speed. Kudos to the entire store and staff.

    I absolutely LOVE this place and more importantly the employees! Half the time I wander in there without a clue and I'm always welcomed with a warm hello and lead right to exactly what I need! I feel really good while I'm in there and we'll informed when I leave! I always find really cool stiff that I never even knew I needed!! 10/10 LOVE!!!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
