- MMMEJun 12, 20235.0Sometimes when you’re down and out you get a person who magically appears to help. My hair isn’t cooperating lately so I bought a wand. I learned you definitely need a glove or you’ll get burned (many times!). I walked into the Augusta location and explained my dilemma, the woman at the counter asked if I bought the wand there or if I’m a regular customer (which I am). Then said, “I think I have an extra one from what I’ve been using.” And she looked and found it. I asked how much and she said “nothing!” I said “are you sure?” She was clearly just happy to see someone who really needed this item but was afraid what the cost would be.. and was so surprised and gracious by her acting as a humanitarian without a second to think. You Salon Centric have an amazing employee!!!! 👏👏👏

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
