  I don’t think I’ve ever had good customer service at this place. The positive reviews are baffling but I’m guessing it’s because no one actually writes reviews. You are either ignored or you are leading the conversation (hi how are you? With a dry response?? I’m not even the one working) Today I went in waiting in line, the woman working behind the counter leaves without acknowledging me at all to help another guest. (I waited for five minutes, she still did not acknowledge me or apologize or say “I’ll be right back”) NOTHING. I’m going to be patient but that was flat out rude. Then another person comes up and gets help. Very weird interaction, if you want to keep a brick and mortar store up and running I’d advise training on some basic customer service skills.

  First time that I went there looking for some face cream and a young women named Taylor helped me,she was so helpful and very nice,I definitely appreciate that! Thank you so much Miss Taylor! I will definitely be back and definitely recommend this store! Very happy customer! :)

  I may not like shopping in this department that much, but I have never had a negative experience here. Always treated like first class here.

  I was in there some time ago and was greeted & helped by Allison and Tonya. Both of them were kind and professional with me. Highly recommend them!!!
