- TDTina D'AmoreJul 13, 20201.0This particular store had low inventory, but what was more disturbing is that even though the sign out front read, “Masks required,” the other customers were not wearing them, and an employee walked within inches of me. More concerning is that the clerk made no effort to disinfect the counter between customers. I had a MUCH better experience at CosmoProf and I will never shop again at this particular Salon Centric!

As a professional stylist that has to drive 30 minutes to get what I need, it is a real pain to show up and have them not be open. I won't be bothering to come here anymore, it seems that it will be more beneficial to make the longer drive to Portland.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
