I had a horrible experience here, I reported it and the store manager and salon manager were so lazy that they wouldn't respond to the complaint. They provide sub-par service but want to over charge their clients and get away with it. ***This has been reported multiple times. No response from the local JcPenney Salon Manager or the Store Manager. Yes, I have the screenshots to prove it. This is a gift like facility.***(
- SIShayana IJul 30, 20181.0TERRIBLE. hair color is blotchy. Asked for 2 inches off got 4 instead. I asked for layers and the hair closer to my face is long, none of it makes sense, uneven all over. Got home to take a closer look and I’m just depressed now.
