I had a horrible experience here, I reported it and the store manager and salon manager were so lazy that they wouldn't respond to the complaint. They provide sub-par service but want to over charge their clients and get away with it.
- FSFaith SmithJan 8, 20251.0I had an appointment for partial highlights with one stylist I think her name is Dalia at 11:30am today 01/08/25. I arrived at the salon at 11:15am half of the lights were turned off in the entrance there was no one at the front desk and I saw no one in the actual salon. I then checked to confirm I was at the correct location and time and I was. I also noticed they changed the stylist I chose without telling me. I waited until 11:25-11:27 to see if anyone would call me to the front desk or call me back to a chair, and nope, nothing. So, I left due to all the red flags and even when it was my appointment time to 15mins after my appointment was supposed to start I didn’t receive a phone call from the salon either asking if I was late or coming in! Yeah 10/10 do not recommend this JCPenney salon to anyone!!

For one week I walked around with my hair botched...until today! Vera, Sabrina, Nichole, (I hope I got y’all a names right)and another young lady came to my rescue! Together they talked to me and reassured me that my hair length was compromised but mostly salvageable. They did an AMAZING job. You can bet that my hair will be done there from now on! Thank you ladies!!!
