She only dyed the ends of my brows and the layers I have are not blended - even a little. I asked for shorter curtain bangs and now have very thin straight across bangs… for 227$ I expected at least a good cut

The environment, the products, the service, all top notch. I love that they offer beverages and cheese/crackers, that the owner is present (she’s SO fun!), and that they offer so many services including mani/pedis, extensions, massages, facials, etc! About 2 years ago I got a whole spa package for Christmas and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! I will continue going to the Spa! I cannot express how excited I get every 6 weeks to go and just RELAX! The environment is so warm and inviting, after my hectic life of work, kids, school, and just the day to day, the Spa allows me to just BE!

I have never met such an arrogant, rude and incompetent young lady. The one that looks like she used a liiiittle bit too much purple shampoo with red lipstick, when she was washing my hair I kept hearing slight comments such as "Wow does she ever brush this?!?!" or "I should have stayed in the back" ... Maam, I know my hair may not be the most tamed but these curls are HARD to maintain as is... why do you think I came HERE.. (not that ill ever make that mistake again).. Im sure the young woman is passionate about what she does but you dont need to JUDGE your customers???

- DRDonna Joy RineerJun 30, 20255.0I went to The Spa on West Main, a friend referred me to go. I went to see Jillian and she was extremely friendly, and she listened to how I wanted my hair cut. Jillian offered her professional advice and I agreed with her. She did an excellent job and explained to me everything, as well as doing a wonderful job. I highly recommend her to anyone I know. Jillian is young and knows how to do many different cuts and styles, she also has a great attitude and confident in her field. I also noticed that The Spa on West Main is very clean. Also, I was greeted by very pleasant people who work in the front, extremely welcoming and warm hearted, with a smile. I found my place and Jillian will be cutting and styling my hair from now on. The prices are completely fair, they're not expensive, they're are the same as any other Salon, the difference is Jillian knows what she is doing and is up to date on styles and cuts, or whatever you want done. Love this place. They also offer, manicures and pedicures, messages and waxes.. thank you Jillian you did a wonderful job, I'll be seeing you soon, as well as the wonderful people who greet you. 10 across the board. Please go to the Spa on West Main, it's certainly worth it. Thank you for the product I bought. It is a big help for my hair. I'm very happy to be able to post this. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great haircut and styling, or anything else you'd like to have done.
