The environment, the products, the service, all top notch. I love that they offer beverages and cheese/crackers, that the owner is present (she’s SO fun!), and that they offer so many services including mani/pedis, extensions, massages, facials, etc! About 2 years ago I got a whole spa package for Christmas and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! I will continue going to the Spa! I cannot express how excited I get every 6 weeks to go and just RELAX! The environment is so warm and inviting, after my hectic life of work, kids, school, and just the day to day, the Spa allows me to just BE!

I have never met such an arrogant, rude and incompetent young lady. The one that looks like she used a liiiittle bit too much purple shampoo with red lipstick, when she was washing my hair I kept hearing slight comments such as "Wow does she ever brush this?!?!" or "I should have stayed in the back" ... Maam, I know my hair may not be the most tamed but these curls are HARD to maintain as is... why do you think I came HERE.. (not that ill ever make that mistake again).. Im sure the young woman is passionate about what she does but you dont need to JUDGE your customers???
