  I had the best experience at this Sephora on June 19. I HATE shopping for makeup and needed new basics. Shayla was amazing and helped me pick out: - anti-aging serum - eyeliner - brow pen - primer - foundation - setting spray - eye shadow - mascara - makeup remover She really spent the time to evaluate my skin and features, and so far I am very pleased with everything I bought. Yes, it’s more expensive than drug store products, but I can tell the difference in quality and can also tell a little will go a long way. I already know some of the products I bought, I will be buying again. And I hope the next time I need something new that Shayla will be there. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to prior visits. I went to this Sephora a couple times about a year ago and there was a young girl working who I felt was of no help when it came to picking products for someone in their mid 30’s. She just pointed me to things that she uses, which were products better suited to teenagers or young adults. Also, one time she was having migraines or something and was sitting on the floor behind the register…It was kinda of awkward because I didn’t want to bother her to check out, but I had to. I would give the shop 3 stars if it weren’t for Shayla.

  Opened later than most Sephoras and inside of Kohls so very convenient. The ladies working there were also very helpful.

  I’ve purchased one thing from Sephora weeks ago it’s because I was walking by and I needed it , so I grabbed it. Today was the first day I actually decided to go in . I needed products and was hoping to get help . There was only one girl in the store she was behind the register. The problem was she never looked up from her cell phone the whole time I was walking up & down all the aisles, and by the reg . Myself or the other lady never got a hello, acknowledgment or may I help you? I left and went to Ulta. Even when Ulta is busy, I get a hello so they can point me in the right direction.

  Hands down the best Sephora experience I’ve ever had! Even though they just opened they had all the products I was looking for and Shayla was absolutely wonderful to work with as well as the store manager. They have a truly amazing team dedicated to providing great customer service!
