  Deanra did a fantastic job with my hair! The style looks great whether I keep my natural waves or straighten it. The consult was attentive and she took care with my sensitive scalp. The store was clean and the rest of the staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely visit again.

  If I could give 0 stars I will. I have been a customer of Hair Cuttery for 15 years and I have never been treated like the way I was treated this evening. A few days ago I called to book a Cibu conditioning treatment for 18 dollars and ONLY treatment, the guy on the phone (I do not know his name) but he said ok you are booked! Did not confirm with who and for what he just booked the appointment. I just gave him a time and date I assumed that it was with the same girl because is the only hair stylist I see each time. I go to my appointment today and it was with the wrong stylist and I said fine I will not make a big deal out of this and continue with the service. As the lady is finishing the hair treatment I notice that I’m getting mugged and my usual stylist the lady who usually does my hair is constantly rolling her eyes at me, had a weird feeling and felt very awkward so much so that I tell her I just want to leave so I tell her I just want to pay and leave that is how uncomfortable I felt. I get two items because I love how my hair feels from the same Cibu line and I pay because I’m excited I thought to myself wow! They upgraded their Cibu treatment how wonderful ! The lady rings me for 62 dollars and I pay for the bill and tip her 5 dollars. As I was driving I get a call from the hair stylist stating, “you need to come back you owe 14 dollars”. I asked how? I have proof that you charged me it is on my bank Account and the lady said yes the payment went through but you still owe us for the service so I proceeded to check the prices on the hair products and the price for the conditioner and I said hey, I am sorry but this with 18 dollars Cibu treatment adds up to 62 dollars in total. She is now like confused herself and told me that the person who booked me, booked me for the wrong service and the conditioning treatment I was booked for is 25 dollars. I said hey the difference does not total to 14 dollars. She could not answer my question. She then said, “you can give me your credit card information over the phone” I thought I was actually being scammed, I have been a loyal hair cuttery customer for a very long time and I feel like this was harassment because the moment I leave the salon and paid for the service that’s the end of that. It was very distasteful to receive calls like these when in fact it was not my ERROR. When I asked to speak to the manager she was not “available” however she was available to speak to the girl who kept calling me but I guess she did not have 5 minutes to explain or even apologize instead I was told that she would call me tomorrow. Please 🙏 go to any other Hair Cuttery in the area and check your receipt and ask for pricing so you don’t get scammed the way I did. The only good good thing that came out of this horrific experience was the actual Cibu products. I would love to hear back from the manager because this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. THIS DOES NOT FEEL LIKE A HAIR CUTTERY and they need to be investigated. P.S if you are not willing to take a call from a customer maybe you shouldn’t be in management nevertheless Customer Service

  Deanra was a wonderful stylist, listened to me and made me feel good. She made me have an excellent experience as a first time, walk in customer. I won't be going to any other stylists from this point forward. Thank you!

  I was pretty reluctant to try a new place and stylist, but Adriene completely exceeded my expectations. She made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and gave me long layers while keeping my length. HIGHLY recommend her!

  My first time at Haircuttery. Adrien is great - she’s very detail-oriented and got my haircut done exactly the way what I wanted. Will try blown-dry next time.
