    No drivers were available so asked to pick-up order in store. Inside, it was disorganized, loud, wrong food given with order. I had given tip when order placed on app believing it would be delivered. I would not have tipped as much if knew no delivery available

    I love taking my daughter to the mall. She loves to go into stores that I would probably never go into on my own. Aveda would qualify as one of those stores. We went I and the customer service representative was very accommodating. I was in the market for some new shampoo and much to my surprise they offered a product that I didn't know even existed. Aveda is big on education and I learned quite a bit that day. I purchased a balancing shampoo and have been using it for sometime now. I will use this store more in the future as I get more familiar with their offerings.
