Giving 3 stars because my daughter’s experience was 5 stars, my husband’s 3.5 stars, and mine zero stars. Averages out to 3 stars with me being kind. Candace was amazing! She consulted with my daughter with patience and was very thorough in explaining how to maintain the cut she requested. The cut and blowout was gorgeous! Best she’s had. Loved! Sherry did my husband’s cut. She did a good job. However, even though he had an appt., she took a walk-in before him until Candace said something. She then proceeded to cut his hair but had him sit and wait to get a shampoo with no one else to do it while she took that walk in customer. He wound up being there twice as long for an easy cut. Eventually left without the shampoo to get to another commitment. She was also not personable. Kim was my stylist. I had booked a partial balayage with long layer cut and blowout. I brought a picture of what I wanted for color (attached). I wound up with ORANGE streaky hair. The worst I have ever had! It took two more rounds of toner after Candace stepped in and asked another stylist (Jenna) to help. I’m left with a color that is not horrific now but still not what I requested. All along I had said numerous times I was worried about my shining, thinning, dry hair. I had said I did not want too much chemical processing. I had spent 4 hours there and needed to go to an event that I was now late for because of this disaster! My cut was also not long layers. My “blowout” left me with flatter hair than letting it air dry. The ONLY saving grace here is Candace. She handled the situation with grace and validated my experience. Jenna was also very supportive and helped resolve the issue so I could be seen and offered to have me come back in to get me the color I had requested. Bottom line, if you are going to go to this location, go to Candace or Jenna.

(Hair Cuttery is not what I thought it was and used to be. Policy, procedure, and standards have improved a lot ) If you need a fast and affordable haircut this is place & she’s your gal!
