- DNDan NguyenDec 24, 20251.0The staff here is so unprofessional and impolite. Such a horrible experience and waste of time. Never gonna buy anything from Sephora again. I came here just to get a Burberry fragrance and told the staff directly to get it for me. She just said ok then went on with other customers. I was waiting for 15 minutes next to the check out counter before asking her again. She forgot and pretended she did not. She said someone else was getting it for me. No saying sorry or anything this time. They kept me waiting next to the counter for the next 10 minutes when I saw the other person brought back the fragrance. I asked them to check me out now because I am in a hurry and they told me to get in a very long line now, after making me wait for almost half an hour (and they never gave me the fragrance to get in line for checkout, what do I check out with?!). When I told them explicitly that she forgot about my fragrance earlier and the other staff just said to me that it’s NOT her fault. No saying sorry or anything AGAIN.
