  I’m a big fan of IV therapy and its benefits. This set up is top tier! It is so much more, from the friendly and knowledgeable team to the relaxation cares and extra touches that make this a wonder “me time” moment.

  I would give this place 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (and here they are 😉) They’re truly amazing here ❤️ This is a long review but this place is worth it. TLDR: This is the best IV spa in a 50 mile radius 🥇Go here. I have a chronic health condition and need IVs weekly. This place has made that process so seamless and actually enjoyable that I now look forward to going. I’ve been to others and just did not love having to go. Sort of cringed at the process and having to go so often. Here, I love it for so many reasons. The IVs 💉 They mix the IVs onsite, so everything that goes in the bag is only what you want. This is especially important for me. I’m hypersensitive to most medications and supplements now, and they have made some insane accommodations for me - from the speed of the drip to ingredient adjustments to amount adjustments. Just know that if they can do it, it will be done. They have a list of premium ingredient IVs but will tailor or substitute ANY of those to your specific requests or needs to ensure the lowest cost and best care. Really, just tell them your concerns and then magic happens. They’ll spend as much time with you as necessary to figure out your needs if that’s what you want. Or, if you want to be in and out they’ll make that happen too. And they have sooo many options for individual ingredients and premium bags. (I want to note here that all of this is supposed to be standard for all Prime IV locations - except it’s not. I went to the Edgewater location and it was almost like pulling teeth. One, not nearly the ingredient options of this location and, two, the nurse seemed almost hostile towards my questions and did not care at all how sensitive I am. It was so terrible that I super hesitated to try this location when it opened but its two minutes from my house so… I tried it 😬 and 🤩 I cancelled my other membership at Restore Hyperwellness two weeks later). Also, your credits rollover if unused and family members are allowed to use your credits. Can this place be any better?? Yes, they can. There’s also oxygen treatment, eye masks, warm scented hand towels, and a warm blanket and pillow during your IV. And, when I first started going I was so sick I needed a family member with me so they would set them up in the massage chair next to me for the duration of my treatment 🥰 Plus, this place is beautiful and spacious. The Staff ❤️ So many shoutouts to the staff here 🥹🫶 Thank you truly. You have the same staff regularly. This is the best 🥇because I just go in and they know who I am and what I need. But on top of that, this staff is wholly incredible. I love all of them. ALL of them. Allison (love love love her) is always at the front desk. Funny, inviting, beautiful 🫶. Paga, the owner, is there every time I go in which I find to be amazing because she doesn’t have to be but she is. She takes care of her customers right along with her staff. Very, very personable and charming. She. Is. Incredible. There are only a handful of nurse staff, so you’re always treated by someone who knows you and what you want or your health needs. They will do absolutely anything they can to tailor the experience to you and your needs. But then, the head nurse, Marie Sarah, OMG 🥲 she is my absolute favorite person ever❣️ She’s in daily so your care is always seamless. She is a goddess. She really cares about everyone who comes in, she bends over backwards to accommodate and help people, and she regularly makes new, helpful, educated recommendations based on my health condition. For one example, she noticed I never had to use the restroom after my IVs and recommended adding another half liter to my treatment (geez did this really help me), but she also explained why this was important so I understood why it mattered. Lastly (but importantly) they never “push products” here; they only make recommendations for individual needs because they genuinely believe it will improve your quality of life and care. This is the best IV place hands down.
