One negative - when checking in the woman behind the desk asked.... your name , told her, told her who I was seeing and she said, have a seat she's not here yet Not ONCE did she make eye contact with me, instead looking at the computer. I was a receptionist for 24 yrs. It's so important to look at the client and acknowledge or at least, FAKE a smile My stylist was Annie. Awesome!
