Usually there's no wait, but this was a few days before Easter, so I ended up with a longer wait than the app stated. The app doesn't reflect real time, so I waited about 15 minutes after the app said it was my turn. But that's a minor thing. Haircut was $22. Both visits so far, I've had experienced stylists...My previous place requires appointments way in advance, and because of my schedule it's hard to schedule way out. They have my business. Oh, and there's a Mission BarBQ right next door, so it's an easy lunch if you have a longer wait.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
