I walked in without an appointment and as soon as I sat down to wait,it was my turn. I just wanted to tell you that she not only fixed my cutting skills but she cut it in a style that I absolutely love. All of the girl's working there are awesome!!! So the moral of the story is, if you decide to cut your own hair like I did, I would highly recommend going here at Great Clips in Salisbury!! Or if you just want a good cut and style this is the place!!!

I came here with my toddler for his second ever haircut and he proceeded to have a total screaming meltdown and our stylist, Kiki, was so patient and great with him. She gave him an absolute top notch haircut and was totally unfazed by his tantrum. She was as sweet and kind as could be as well as being a really excellent stylist. I absolutely recommend this salon! Great prices, talented stylists, and genuinely kind staff.

When it was finally supposed to be our turn, Sita mistakenly called someone else instead. When I went to the front desk to clarify, the staff were rude and dismissive from the very beginning. Instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake, they confronted Sita — who refused to admit her error and went on to cut the other person’s hair anyway. The front desk then told me I would just have to “wait my turn” all over again. After waiting that long with a child and being treated so poorly, I decided to walk out. This was by far one of the most unpleasant salon experiences I’ve ever had. There was ZERO courtesy, zero accountability, and no respect for customers’ time. If you’re a parent looking for a friendly, patient place to take your child for a haircut, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this salon.
