I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. My husband, my mother-in-law, and I all received haircuts, and we were impressed by how quickly we were assisted upon arrival. Although I did not catch all of the staff members’ names, every stylist we encountered was exceptionally kind and welcoming.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted, and even had the door opened for us, which was a thoughtful touch. We truly appreciated the level of service provided and will certainly be returning next month. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Megan did my layers!
She did an amazing job, better than the images I showed her.
Super friendly too.
10/10 recommend her, and will be going back to her! ☺️☺️

Okay the one star was for Yesema and some of the rest of the staff who totally blew me off when my daughter and I came for walk in cuts. When I arrived, I told Yesema we were walk in’s - she did not even reply to me but immediately spoke with several other employees (in Spanish- which only matters because I could not understand what the discussion was and there was no communication after) and then finally a different employee told me that Yesema and another stylist named Zee could take us. Zee took my daughter ( and was fantastic!). Yesema walked away from me - did not even acknowledge me and then took a different customer who walked in immediately. She made no effort to apologize or explain what happened; neither did the other employee (who I overheard saying she was moving stores). Once Yesema was done with her customer she bypassed me again and took a man who had walked in after me - I know he had no appointment because I overheard him. I left without a haircut although we were very happy with Zee’s work with my daughter -and we gave her the tip meant for two haircuts. I’ve not often felt as blown off as this especially in a service business. No idea why other than my look is ‘harried mom of a special needs young adult’. I just needed a trim on my no-maintenance hair! Don’t let appearances fool you and please do better. Yours is a service business and today you failed. The apology from the other employee after I said something when I left was too little too late -they didn’t even try to convince me to stay. You could not have missed the boat more.

Noelia did a great job on my hair. Unfortunately, I lost all of my old photos to use a reference, but she was able to do exactly what I wanted just with my explanation. She was courteous and thorough. Will definitely be coming back.

Today, for the first time, I went to this location ( Kings Farm) for the Signature Cut, which, according to the online appointment website, includes:
• shampoo, refreshing wash, and conditioner
• cut, finish/style, and a classic blow-dry with brush styling to complete the look
I made an appointment with Dia a week ago. She called me today and asked if I could come earlier, and I agreed. I told her I just wanted a trim on my straight hair, which is one of the easiest haircuts.
She did not want to wash my hair first, so I asked, “Aren’t we supposed to wash it first?” because I had some product in my hair and felt it would be better to wash it before cutting. She agreed, but very reluctantly.
She barely used any conditioner, and she cut my hair very quickly, as if she were in a hurry. Then she said it was done. I was expecting her to at least dry my hair a little, but instead she left me with soaking wet hair.
I was still trying to be okay with it until I went outside and the wind started blowing through my wet hair. On top of that, the address was confusing, and I had to park some distance away from the salon.
Overall, this was the worst haircut experience I’ve had. I still did my part and gave her a tip she honestly did not deserve.
