I’d washed my hair that morning so the stylist just spritzed my hair with a little water before starting. Serviceable cut and its since grown out a little and looks perfect. Other than paying the same as I would have if I’d gotten a full wash and style, no complaints.

However rescheduling on the HairCuttery website thru my account does NOT change the appointment at the salon. Later another stylist called to berate me about not cancelling my appointment. But I did. On the website. And told my original stylist I changed the appointment. So why even offer online option if you still need to call the salon despite communicating with the stylist directly??? I explained the above to the other stylist and she didn't care at all that I did my due diligence changing the appointment and marked me as a No Show. So because the HairCuttery website doesn't properly connect to the salon, that's my fault? Yeah, not likely to go back just due to the annoyance of that. Shame too because I liked my original stylist.

She knows I get bored with my hair & will suggest new things to try. I trust her completely. I will keep getting my hair cut by Marcy until she’s no longer cutting hair—which I hope isn’t anytime soon!! I cannot recommend her enough. She rocks!
