I love Hair Cuttery, this is the best hair salon company in Maryland. To me, It might be pricey a little bit compared to others, but it’s worth it. On top of that, I would recommend Elizabeth (the young girl), she always does really good job. But I think all the hairdressers there are really good as well, sometimes my favorite hairdresser’s not there, I’ve tried to let others do my hair, and always come out so good. Never complain about this place!

had a very unpleasant experience at this location and would strongly advise others to avoid it. I was told to come in and assured I would be helped, but when I arrived, they refused to take me in and wasted my time completely. There was no accountability or effort to resolve the situation. What made it worse was their constant push to charge me a higher price, even though my hair length was only shoulder-length. They were not transparent about pricing and kept changing the cost without any clear explanation. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no interest in providing proper customer service. Instead of trying to accommodate or find a solution, they made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. Overall, the communication was poor, the service was disrespectful, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I left feeling disappointed and disrespected. Save your time, money, and energy please avoid going to this location.
