Scheduled an appointment because Google said they were opened so I went to their website and it showed the appt. was confirmed on their website. Whenever I arrived to the location they were closed. I tried calling and messaging but no response. I have been here once before so I’m very disappointed on the lack of communication.

Ginger Nail and spa is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a customer for over a year, and every service is truly 5/5. Not only is the environment welcoming and relaxing, but the staff also make you feel right at home. Yesterday, I had another wonderful experience—special thanks to Ivy for saving my chipped nails and extending them to perfection!!

I’ve visited three times for dip manicures and had kind of odd experiences. They allow you to book on Vagaro and request a particular nail tech, but not once have I gotten the nail tech I requested. I’ve never objected (I have to keep my nails short right now for work so I’m a lot less picky) but I found it weird and if I were more picky about my nails, I’d definitely want to stick with the tech I purposefully requested. I scheduled a manicure for myself and a mani/pedi for my husband at the same time so we could spend time together, yet they started his pedicure right away while I waited a full 30min just for them to even start my soak-off. So my husband was done 40min before I was, which meant we spent no time together during our services. They knew we booked appointments together and saw us come in together, so it was frustrating with how mismanaged that was. Ivy is about the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. The salon is kept very clean. They’ve got some snacks and drinks you can have. So there are things to like about this place. Unfortunately the positives don’t outweigh the negatives in my experience, so I’m on to the next.

It was my first time here today and I had a great experience. Lili did my nails and she was so nice and paid attention to the little details. It was a relaxing environment because of the space and the staff!

Honestly not a great experience. I booked online and they didn’t even know about it when I came in. Online says completely different prices than in person. When you ask how much something costs they say one price but end up charging more. I honestly felt like the person helping me just did not know how to communicate the prices to me and mislead me to believe it was cheaper than it was. When I brought it up they argued with me back and forth telling me I misunderstood instead of offering an apology.
