From the moment you walk in, it smells like a luxury hotel in Miami or New York—so clean, modern, and beautifully done. The service is timely and the quality is amazing. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the experience you’re getting. They think of every detail—from a phone holder while getting your nails done (which honestly makes such a difference), to a relaxing back massage, to warm, clean towels and the most gentle care throughout the service. I genuinely wanted to hug my nail tech by the end. I’m completely obsessed and will absolutely be coming back!

I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did exactly that. She took her time, didn’t rush to finish my nails even though they were busy and even gave me a shoulder massage. - TGTedra GrantDec 29, 20253.0I brought my daughter and myself in on 12/20 for gel manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately, the gel started chipping very quickly. By 12/23, four of my nails had chipped, and when I came back on 12/24 they were very kind and redid my entire hand, which I appreciated. However, my daughter’s gel manicure also chipped within 5 days. She's in NY now and her nails haven't lasted until New Years. So crazy!! Given that gel manicures are more expensive (we paid over $200 total), I was hoping they would last about two weeks. Typically it's not the nails chipping that brings us back but rather the nail polish growing out. At this point, it feels hard to justify the cost compared to a regular manicure if the longevity isn't there. The staff was truly lovely and professional, and I appreciate how nice they were about fixing my issue. I just wish the gel had lasted longer, as durability is my main expectation when choosing gel services. I’m unsure if I would get gel again, but wanted to share my experience honestly. 1st pic is my daughters hand- 12/20-12/29 It's been 9 days and this is how they look. 2nd pic- my nail- 12/24-12/29- it's been 5 days.

I only did a simple gel manicure on my natural nails (with a surprise cat eye), but Li Li was so meticulous and efficient. I can be very picky about my nail shape and length (being even), but I was extremely happy with how it turned out! I brought my friend in with me too. While they do accept walk-ins, I definitely recommend making an appointment. My friend got the same gel color as me hahaha. The color was so chic, effortless, and versatile. I’m going back to get my nails done by Li Li again!
